Red Wood Wristwatch

I surprised my husband with this beautiful red wood wristwatch, and he loves it. The watch is simply unique, and beautiful, or as like he prefers me to be say, elegant. I decided on a wood wristwatch because he has metal allergies. After a brief on-line search, I learned about wood watches and its benefits for people who deal with those kinds of allergies. He was always complaining about how he would love to be able to wear a watch to work; Now he can, and he doesn’t have to fear of any skin reactions.

The details on the red wood, and its feel are totally impressive. There is no metal touching the skin, so there is hardly any chance of irritation. It comes in a gift box which is a nice detail. The watch mechanism looks very chic; Its square, and its hands are silver. The wood band runs a bid longer, in his case its one joint longer. Sadly, it does not include any instructions on how to remove the extra joints but upon close inspection you can see that it does have the capability to be shortened. He loves it so much, that he actually took the wristwatch to a jeweler to re-size it because he was concerned about damaging the watch or the wood itself.

The watch is a great conversation piece. My husband’s co-workers at first were puzzled by the fact that it was made out of real wood but quickly began to ask more questions about it, including, “Where did you get it?!” So, I’m proud to report it has been a hit even with strangers.

Disclosure: I received this item in trade for my sincere, and impartial assessment. My opinion is always based on the experiences of me, and my family with the product.
