Our toddler (4 years old) absolutely loves his Tackedoo balance bike, And we have to admit that it is pretty cool. The bike was fairly easy
to put together until it was time for the handlebar, that is where it got a bit complicated. The instructions did not say much about it, and it did not matter how gentle or rough we were the handle was not staying in securely.
In order to place the handle in a way that it would not come off at all, my husband had to remove the black plastic part that is inside the handlebar where it attaches to the rest of the bike. Once he removed that he was able
to place it correctly, then he put the handle and was able to tie it securely to the rest of the bike. We won’t lie, it was very frustrating not knowing if it was user error, a defective part or what; But once it was placed
everything else was a breeze. It comes with all the tools needed for its assembly.
The balance bike has a steel frame, suspension (it looks pretty cool!), and adjustable hard plastic seat; The seat can be adjusted to the child’s
height. The handlebar has cushion at the place where the child will grasp it. The whole bike is lightweight; Our son can pick it up without any problem and carry it. After a bit of play he was able to understand the dynamic
of not having pedals and rode it like a pro. Overall, it is a great bike once the handlebar is placed correctly. Our son really loves his bike, Please, make sure you are attaching the handlebar correctly, if it was to come
off while a child is riding the bike it could become an unnecessary, and dangerous incident; Also always get them a helmet.
