My toddler and my husband are both crazy about their LEGO, I consider myself their bricks supplier as I’m always finding
the best deals. But one of the things I have never seen at a good discount are the base plates. They have several name brand plates but those can be expensive very quick. I decided to try Cornucopia Brands’ base plates some
time ago, and ever since we are big fans of it. Not only are these ones a bit cheaper, I find them more steadier than the brand ones. My husband has explained that its because the brand ones give a bit of flexibility in order
to remove some of the bricks that might be stuck, but I prefer the stability of these base plates since they have several brick removal tools which allow them to remove the bricks without any issues anyways. This set of base
plates comes with 4 which are perfect to cover the coffee table for their building sessions. The bases are compatible with the small bricks but also with the bigger ones. Each plate is 10x10 inches which is plenty of space
for my 2 builders. This plates could also be glued to a table to create a LEGO table at a fraction of the cost of an original one. It holds the blocks without any issues, they can transport their creations from one room to
the other without any pieces popping off.
Overall, the boys love their base plates. I have not received any complaints about it, only petitions for other colors to be added to their collection. I would recommend this base plates to other brick lovers if they are in search of a sturdy plate that will hold their creations securely.
