down the border of the cup, allowing it to hang inside the cup and infuse the hot water. It is made out of food grade silicone; Its pants are soft silicone while the upper body is a harder type. It is easy to clean, we clean
it by hand to preserve it but it is dishwasher, top rack, safe.
