Green Earth Frying Pan

I’m a fan of the Green Earth series by Ozeri; This is my second item of the collection and as with the first one,a wok, I’m very impressed. It is has a ceramic coating which has no toxins, and it is made with die cast aluminum. I always use a small amount of spray cooking oil before each use, and I make sure I do not use excessive heat. Following those steps have assure me that my eggs, or whatever I’m cooking, won’t stick to the pan. The pan is scratch resistant, and to preserve it that way I only use wooden or silicone utensils when cooking with the Green Earth pan. It is super easy to clean by just rinsing after its used with soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge. Remember, never leave the pan soaking more than 30 minutes as it will affect the non stick coating. It can be use on induction cooking stoves.

In order to preserve the non stickiness of the pan certain steps need to be taken every time its used; A simple research will provide a lot of useful tips, it is how I have been able to keep my wok also non-stickiness. If the ceramic is not taken care of as it should, it won’t work for a long time at all. I will update accordingly if any issues arise. I would recommend this pan to others but not without letting them know about the special care that ceramic coating requires. Also, never place other pans on top when storing, even if those pans are of the same type/kind; Always use the felt provided with it for storage, it will save you lots of headaches.
