42" Adjustable Height Oscillating Tower Fan With Noiseless Airflow Technology and Remote Control by Ozeri

Our house is always at 60 degrees but due to some medication changes, now I cannot handle that temperature which has thrown the rest of the family out of the loop when it comes to the temperature of the house. So, it has been about a month since we began using this tower fan, and I’m happy to report that we have not experience any issues at all. My husband is a fan of the fan, as he is the one who has been affected the most by the higher temperature settings in our household.

The fan requires assembly for which a Phillips screwdriver, not provided, is needed. The assembly took about three minutes, so it is easy if you have previous experience putting a tower fan together. This fan is aesthetically pleasing which is one of the reasons why we wanted it. It is elegant, and be placed in any room with any decor without being an eye sore. My husband does not care about the brand name placement on the lower front part of it but I understand that is how brands get their name to become recognizable. The tower looks exactly as pictured, and it is forty-two inches tall. Its base seems a bit fragile, too thin, for the whole fan but amazingly we have not had any issues with the fan being unstable. It has three different previously programmed modes, one which is called, “sleep”. I have to say we do not use the fan in the bedroom but the setting for “sleep” continuously changes the speed of the fan which I find a bit annoying, and frankly do not understand its purpose. In our household the fan is either doing the 90 degrees oscillation or just static; Both options work as expected.

One of the things I like about this fan is its timer which is set to one hour increments up to twelve hours. The second thing which we all like is that the remote control can be stored on the top on the fan, securely under its window which eliminates the constant wonder of where was the remote left or who had it last. The fan’s display is easy to understand, and also to read at a distance. Its remote control is small, easy to grab and hold, it requires batteries which are supplied.

Overall, it is a great fan. I like how loud the “breeze” of it can get depending on the speed as it is like a comfortable white noise sound that drowns any other ambiance noises. However, what I find extremely annoying is the beeping for every action. It beeps when its turned on, when its turned off, when the speed or modes are selected and so on. Other than that, this tower fan works as designed and as expected. My husband likes it so much he ended up taking it downstairs to our home office where he spends most of the time when he works from home.
