This offset icing spatula by Montreal Baking is very lightweight but super sturdy. Its 8 inch blade is made out of Stainless Steel with comfortable
handle made out of plastic. It is comfortable on the hands, and has a design on it that allows for a better grip of it. I really like the spatula because of its weightlessness my toddler is able to use it without much of an
issue. Even my husband likes the spatula for his pizza making as it is easy to clean. It has become a popular item in demand in our kitchen. It is important to also mention that the spatula is BPA free, and FDA approved. We
have no complaints about this spatula, we love it as it is, and we would recommend it to others. It is multi use, not only for icing, think outside the box!
