Glass Container Set, 18 Pieces (9 Glass Containers, 9 Plastic Lids), by Manorware

I’m so happy, I don’t have to ever again deal with salsa stained, smells of past foods, and leaky plastic containers. There was nothing more frustrating than having to send my husband’s lunch in a stained container because it did not matter the care given to it, sooner or later those plastic containers all end up looking the same way. This set has 18 pieces (9 glass containers and 9 plastic lids); It is divided into 4 rectangular, 3 square and 2 round glass containers. The glass containers can be used in the oven, microwave and are dishwasher safe. I really like that I can prepare something, bake it, and send it for lunch all in one container saving me time that I would have spend doing dishes or loading the dishwasher. This set has all sort of sizes, perfect for leftovers as well. The glass of the containers is comparable to the Pyrex glass, so expect it to be very hot when it comes out of the oven or microwave. For me, the best part of the containers is that it will not get stained from the food coloring, and that it does not hold any smells; Once its clean it is completely clean. The lids as the containers are dishwasher safe but top rack only, it is not safe to place the lids in the microwave or oven as it can melt. All the lids are snap on; Purple are rectangular, green are squares and orange are round. Do not be fooled by these BPA free plastic lids, when it seals not one drop of water comes out from the container which is great because my husband sometimes just grabs his food and go without thinking about leaks.

Overall, there are no complaints about these glass containers. It allows me to prepare, make and serve my husband’s lunch without much of a hassle. It can be use for the left overs, and it actually makes the fridge look organized and cleaner. I used to buy plastic containers every three months or so, but I don’t think I will be buying any plastic-ware any time soon.
