Premium Magnetic Screen Door, 36 x 82, by Life & Fit

Originally, we purchased this magnetic screen door for a door downstairs but as soon as we noticed that it had counter weights at the center bottom of the screen our plans changed. We decided it would be more useful at our deck since we are always using that door. We decided to place the magnetic screen door we had downstairs as it did not had those very handy weights at the bottom to ensure its closure every time we go in or out. We selected the 36x82 option after measuring the door (luckily both are the same size); It comes with Velcro to place around the door frame, and it even has thumbtacks for those attaching the magnetic door frame to wood. The installation was a breeze, super easy; Just make sure to clean the surface where the Velcro will be placed, in our case we used alcohol.

This mesh has a trip on the top, we guess it is supposed to be for decorative purposes. We don’t really care for it, but it does not changes how good it works. It has an obnoxious label that displays the size of the mesh door on one of the corners that we removed with help of some scissors as it was an eyesore for us. If you have indoors only pets as we do, be on the look out because a pet can easily open the mesh which can be great for those who have pets that need to access the outside. Overall, it works. It keeps all bugs out, specially flies which usually send our toddler into panic mode. It is easy to install, and we will be able to remove it (also very easy) for the Winter. It seals every time someone walks in or out of the house. The mesh used is nice, and we can see it being long lasting. We will update our review if its necessary.
