My toddler loves to play pretend and to dress up for it. He loves dressing up as a fireman, and has several costumes for it. When I gave him this fireman hard hat
he did not show much interest, my husband commented it might had been its color but some hours later we caught him playing and wearing his new fireman hat. This hat has a light green tint almost like the color of glow in the
dark items. It has a soft plastic visor, a black hood that covers the back of the neck, and a spring on the back of the hat. The print is mostly covered by a black wrapping but the sides of it exposes the wire spring which
is why I’m giving this hat 4 stars as I’m concerned my son might get his hair or his fingers pinch due to his curiosity. The hat has the numbers, “112” on the front. The inside of the hat has an adjustable plastic
part so it will fit the child’s head comfortably. There are some imperfections on the gray line on the hat because it is not painted, it is an adhesive tape but it does not affect the hat, and my son has not even noticed
it. He seems to like the hat, and has been playing happily with it around the house.
